They are a bunch of incompetent scoundrels. Make a bet while on vacation in the code attached to them, who are the same owners, after arriving in Madrid to collect it they tell me that due to community restrictions I can only collect it in Alicante. I get on the phone to talk to this lady and after 3 few words the phone hangs up disregarding me. It seems to me a lack of professionalism worthy of being watched by Codere managers so that these types of premises do not exercise a service that they cannot provide.
