We are regular customers of this florist but we will not return again. I made a payment on November 6 to pick it up on the 11th. What was my surprise that I found out that it is an establishment attached to the bonds of the Basque Government and did not offer them to me. Today we have gone to comment on it and we have been given a bad answer in addition to telling us that they started on the 7th with them. I went on the sixth at the last minute to pick up a gift on the 11th, they could not have told me that if I paid a day later I could benefit from the offer?nVery ugly detail, very ugly response and in a bad tone. We will not return and we will tell our relatives what happened
