They have treated me well. Another point in favor is that it is a central shoe store.
Horrible. The seller is inept, if not something worse. It seems that I bothered him because he was watching something on TV or I know. He kept the door half open and insisted that it must be closed a couple of times. I told him that I was wearing insoles and that I needed wide shoes in front of me, well, apart from taking out 2 very narrow models, when I asked for a wider one, he half got angry with me. So when he took it out, I had already got my shoes on it, and I left. Very bad experience

Unacceptable treatment by sellers.
I write to expose my experience with the seller of this Yorki store in Bilbao. I went for some black boots that served for light rains, the man assured me that the boots did not enter water in case of rains and the day after I bought them I went to claim because I did not last even 2 minutes in the rain with an umbrella and they were already very deep, like no other shoe in my life. The lord treated me disrespectfully, shouted at me and so on. He is a liar and irresponsible. To sell does whatever. Do not buy in this store.nI hope serve something.
