Very good treatment from the doctor who informed me of everything and resolved my doubts. The administrative staff very good too. For me, everything perfect
The least respectful service they have offered me in Bilbao. The people in the offices treated me with very little patience and spoke to me with disdain and dislike and no desire to help or work in that place. TERRIBLE. INCAPACES of helping or working with other human beings.
I was in January and I left a review congratulating them for the service they offer, because I was treated very well. I was delighted I have returned now in June and the attention from the doctors, the nurse and the secretaries has been excellent too. Now, I've been waiting for an hour and people who had an appointment much later have gone before me, specifically 7. I consider myself patient, but this disorganization does not seem to me to be a receipt. The problem with this site, in addition to the long waiting list for the appointment, is the receptionist. It has abrupt forms, but above all it is incompetent organizing. It seemed like bingo. It worked better when there was only one security man. The shifts are to be respected !!!
All very well explained and good attention.
I treat very well both administration and doctors.
