HORROR!!!!nI wanted to dye my hair a dark blonde, indicating the desired tone throughout my hair. While I know it may not work out the same, I was dyed in chocolate brown. I was horrified when I saw it. As a solution they offered wicks, which I thought was good until they washed it again and I saw white wicks, another nightmare. I have fine hair and pretty thick wicks do not hit at all. To top it off the girl ran out of the product and it shows that, when filling it, her hand has gone again with the dye since the wicks (or perhaps stripes would be a better word) from above are whiter than those of behind. They qualified them, it was a little better. With all this he did not pay too much attention to the cut, leaving the odd strand longer. I have not made such marked wicks for years and now it will cost me time (and money) to get rid of them. The girl did not apologize, she was arguing with me.nTo say something positive, they didn't charge me either the happy wicks or the hue.
