DEPLORABLE: I am overcharged and when I go to claim it, the saleswoman who is there ignores, saying that she is not responsible and that she solves it by calling the personal number of the other saleswoman. AMAZING the bad treatment of the customer. Do not buy!

Uff, I'm not coming back. They do not admit refunds or vouchers. I ordered size 25 in sandals for my 2 and a half year old daughter and they sold me the 24 because they were better, and I told her that she had small ones and she guaranteed that they fit well. I went to change them for a 25 and they only had 26. And they told me to make a hole for the buckle and solved. I went today to give me another model and as they had almost nothing in red or white in size 25 I told her to give me a voucher and she told me that they do not do it !!! I felt cheated.nI have asked for a claim sheet and I had to fill it in at the time, with my daughter crying because she was tired and she has not let me fill her at home and take her away at another time.nThat's how you do not run a business man!
