I have had the unpleasant experience of knowing the quality of the person that Dr. Manuel is, yes, a rude and impolite, I think that I have arrived at his center as an educated person and you have treated me like a frown ... a service does not offer it, but talk to your DKV insurer to make things clear, I am not to blame, there are ways and ways of saying things, I have never disrespected you ... nasty episode .. .he is only interested in making a box, how sad to meet people like that ...... take a customer service course, which is missing among his diplomas ...
