I went this morning to buy pasta and nougat. The salesgirl filled the air with bad smoke. My surprise at the poor quality of the service, compared to such delicious products.

The quality is indisputable and I will not go to value it. Now, just as important is customer service or attention and that is where my assessment goes. As in other reviews I have read, it is not acceptable for a person to ask questions about the products to respond with snorting or reluctance. Don't say hello when you enter ... it seems you're doing you a favor. Specifically, I am talking about the person who was in the service yesterday Sunday. It is not the first or the second time that I agree with her and the truth is that always in her line. Bilbao sometimes catches me away and I have no choice but to buy it in Las Arenas but it makes me want to go no further.
