High quality cuisine, in gastronomy there are quality levels, this restaurant we are talking about the highest quality. That said, any dish on the menu is spectacular. The very professional, kind and attentive camaraderie.nnIt is my highest score of all my evaluations. I have not eaten in a better place in all of Spain. If you go through Vizcaya you have to go through here. It is not cheap, it is for those with a good palate. Attached photo of starters. I leave the seconds for you to discover.
