Awful service sold me the wrong burger wanted a more pricer one. Used my card and was using the last £20 on there on this burger one because I had just been to a festival. They refunded me but obviously refunds take 3 days to put the money back. My card got declined they tried to say there was nothing they could do however I worked at McDonald’s for four years so I was really hurt by the fact that I would’ve already apologised for the mistake instead they made me feel like I have made the mistake, couldn’t enjoy my burger.

Nice start of my travel to Amsterdam, La Pausa offers very good prepared Lavazza Coffee and other fresh products and meals for a reasonable price. Nice English speaking staff offering good service. Also possibility to charge your devices during enjoying your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Normally it is the quietest coffee shop early morning. Staff keep things clean and functioning. Good selection of snacks.
