I am sorry but I have never been able to enter. I tried twice to go but the first time they didn't pick up my phone and they called me back hours later when I couldn't go. And the other time I was there on the spot, at the door and I saw the sign that they only open if you call on the phone (it was within the time it supposedly opens) and I called. Phone off. 3 calls and still off. A little informal right? If they put a schedule it is to comply or at least pick up the phone ...
