We visited for winery tour and tasting. Wonderful experience started with very smooth and communicative booking with Ivette, followed by winery tour, walking in vineyard with great view of the Holy Mountain, and of course tasting! We enjoyed our chats as well. Ivette is very warm, professional, and informative. She explained the history of the winery. Lots of love for the area. We love that. Last but not least, wine is fantastic. Make sure to save some extra budget and space for the bottles :)

Beautiful Dinner in Heart of Priorat. While staying at the nearby Trossos del Priorat winery we chose to dine one evening with Buil & Gine. A stunning hilltop setting and contemporary building which is matched by an innovative chef preparing delicious and artful courses. Turbot and lamb were our main courses with the chef coming tableside for in depth explanations. You will not be dissapointed dining here!

Dinner here with four other couples. Fantastic fine dinning. Dishes are intricately designed and presented. Very friendly staff. Of course their own wines are bestt deal.

Buil&Gine is a worthy place to visit since they have offered a complex tourist product: hotel, restaurant (with amazing menu btw), wine visits and a shop. The estate by itself is located in a very picturesque place and the whole team working there is very pleasant people dedicated to their job.nOn the wines, I would recommend their Pleret.

This winery is large. When we were there there was a holiday market so they were selling cheese and artisanal goods. The wine is excellent and priced accordingly. The landscape was beautiful and the tour was informative (in Catalan) but lacked character. Sounded a little too much like he'd given the tour too many times to be excited about it. :-/. The sales staff was correct but not overly friendly or welcoming. Felt corporate. Over all a good experience though.
