A cheese factory as they should all be. The facilities, impeccable. And the cheeses ... spectacular. Not to mention the butter. I love your philosophy. I recommend the visit that they do. Next time, we will go to one of the workshops to make cheese or butter.

Traditional pasiega cheese factory, where they offer a cheese-making workshop. Butter is exceptional too. It is very difficult to find these cheeses in other places (in Madrid only in the Cultivo Cheese Factory, in Conde Duque number 15).nThe attention in the cheese dispatch and the explanations they gave us were very friendly.nThey also sell craft beers, jams and honeys from other local producers.

I have visited the cheese factory several times to buy cheese and have participated in tastings. This time it was time to attend an artisan cheese making workshop and once again it was worth it. They are always exceeded. The cheese is great and the activities are on the same level. I totally recommend it.

Wonderful. They make and sell some delicious cheeses, the Divirin is the one that I like the most and the pasiego the children love. The spectacular butter and the awesome onion jam. We did a cheese workshop with the children that the whole family enjoyed very much, they are lovely.

Super friendly attention, very very rich cheeses, excellent butter ... all with affordable prices. Do not stop going if you have the chance.
