This gym is great. I do not like sports, but I have tried to do it in ALL the gyms in the area and none have managed to keep me on track and with pleasure. The coaches know you personally, help you and advise you in each exercise so that you do not injure yourself and improve. I have achieved in a few months results that in years of other gyms and trainers I had not achieved! I recommend it to everyone looking for personalized treatment, a good atmosphere and improve their physical conditions !!

Gym for 10 with luxury personalized attention. My girlfriend and I signed up in October 2020 and after a few months we are delighted, since Fran and Diego take great care of us and are always attentive that we do the exercises correctly to prevent possible injuries. A few weeks ago, after a session at the gym, my neck and back started to hurt, I told them about it, and they gave me some extra tips to prevent it in the future and they also gave me a series of massages to relax the area that I had. They helped reduce the accumulated load.

In this center I have found the perfect balance between personal training and supervised classes.nThe attention is excellent from the first minute I started in this center.nAll very controlled, in terms of anti covid 19 measures.nI am very demanding, and both the service and the treatment we receive from the coaches, as well as the state of the facilities are impeccable.
