I have spent a weekend in August in this hotel. Nothing to envy to a 5 stars. Amazing room all new, great cleaning, perfect measures against Covid-19. Disinfectant gel and masks at your availability in the room from the first day. As for the restaurant, without a doubt the best on the island. Perfect price quality. Great attention from Elisa at the bar and Esther and Barbara in the dining room. Finally, thanks to Begoña, the owner of the establishment, for your attention and kindness. I have felt at home and it is difficult in these difficult times. A huge greeting to all. We will see you next year.

If I agree that the treatment by a waitress is edge. In this case I think she's the one in charge. I asked if there was a table for four, to which he answers, at the moment yes, but he continues to clean tables and does not even say anything ... We go in and he tells us that inside it is a menu and outside a letter, my partner makes a reply because three of us want menu and the letter, she rudely tells him that if she doesn't like him to leave. And as we go to the table, my daughter hears an employee say that if that table leaves, let it go. Other years I have gone to the old place and without any problem. For the rest, the food was good, the place was spacious and beautiful with views of the beach, and the staff that served us was correct. I guess as the restaurant is bigger they are more overwhelmed. And anyone has a bad day ...

We were a couple with two children ages 4 and 6. We asked for the menu of Mar y Tierra for two (€ 50) and we were going to ask for something simpler for the kids but the waiter told us that with two menus we would eat all four. As children do not eat much we accept. The menu was just right. It promises more than it is. Our surprise was that when paying they told us that they had put us two menus for two people, that is, that they were € 100! WE FEEL DECEIVED and on top of that the food was not that bad. The children hardly ate. The waiter played with the menu confusion for two or two menus and by letting him know he was offended. WE WILL NOT RETURN.
