Almost a month the vacuum cleaner there to repair and when we go to look for it after not having any news of its condition they insist that they called us when we do not have a call from them. When we asked what was wrong, they told us that they did not know and that they already informed us in the call, the one that never occurred. Obviously the vacuum cleaner is unrepaired and we don't even know what the fault is. In the part that concerns the repair of machines, unfortunate service, the rest I can not say that I did not buy anything. Very kind attention at first but they have no word
