An easy route, beautiful and comfortable to do, all along the Meron River a delight to walk, it becomes short, because you do not want it to end. You have to cross the river several times, but it is better to take a stick to support yourself but without problems.

I have a special affection for this beautiful hiking route in Argüero, in the municipality of Villaviciosa. Completely signposted, it has the value, apart from the incredible natural environment of the bed of the Merón River, with which in its few kilometers of path you find the remains of some fifteen old mills. Beautiful natural and ethnographic route.nImportant to take into account the return from the end of the route (Merón beach) to the starting point (a few kilometers walking by road)nOh! During the route you have to ford a lot of times the channel (there are very few points where the river crosses by bridges).
