Workers who believe that their wages grow on trees.nWhatever time you go they will always be having breakfast. People without initiative who have started working with 30 years spending their youth giving private classes or have been plugged in by their uncle who was the director. Little more can be expected from this center.

The service is slow, complicated and nothing current (which public service has no email address ???). If you have an appointment (and there is absolutely no one else they have to attend to) they make you nevertheless spend paper on the machine that orders customers by number !!! Why if there is no one and your data you already have to give everyone when you ask for your appointment? And do not forget: if after you miss some paper all that starts from zero .....
