I do not know where to start. First, if you call 060, in addition to charging you a pasture, they don't give you appointments, they tell you to do it online. On the web it says that you can do it through the application. In the application there is absolutely nothing to ask for an appointment so I went to the hacienda for the cl @ ve for nothing. I got an appointment on the web, I go and there are me and about 40 people waiting outside, in the middle of the road, for an average of 50 minutes until they attended us. When I arrived at 11:45 they were still going on 11:10 appointments. Good. I enter and the lady with a very improvable treatment, the first thing she tells me is to pay, then she realizes that I am missing a document and she cannot charge me so she tells me that they will return it to me in my account. The point is that this document does not state FOR ANY PART OF THE DGT that it is essential. SUPER NEFASTO. The point is that I also live 30 minutes from Pamplona to which we must add the bus cost also for NOTHING. I give it 1 star because I can't give it - 10
