Have been there a few times. Information is absolutely inaccurate and misleading. Bureaucracy is nasty and cumbersome, as expected, but clerks make it harder than it needs to be.

Some unpresentable. They don't answer the phone, they give you a central number to which they don't answer either. I have been trying to contact them insistently since Wednesday of last week but they must be in an eternal coffee hour, then the procedures must be presented in a timely manner.nI don't understand how they get paid at the end of the month. I think they are taking advantage of this from the Covid to not work, yes, the money at the end of the month in their pockets and, the rest of the citizens wasting their time because they are incompetent.nThey should be ashamed.

TIP: to make an appointment you have to go to the pre-appointment website from 0:00, which is when the hours are updated. It is impossible to do it by any of the phones because they never pick up, plus the appointments give you for more than a month later. I put this note because the one who attended me, Carlos, was very nice, professional and effective, although it took me a week to make calls and finally online to get the appointment. The security door does not stop smoking, it is a bit cool, yes, a phenomenon to throw out the people without appointments and displeased who come to ride the chicken

The treatment of the client is shameful, bad answers from the official, absolute chaos when reviewing your data ... in short, they leave much to be desired. There should be more discipline and regulation especially in the treatment of clients who do not deserve bad faces and much less bad answers.
