A theft of an all-inclusive package trip to Punta Cana !! They left us lying in Madrid !! We arrived a little before check-in time and there was no one there! !! It is supposed that they still had to be there .... even so the plane that took an hour more to leave (more than two hours) did not let us board, the airport informing that the passengers were there. . !! we had to buy two flights for tomorrow and hire a hotel to spend the night .. we lost one day in Punta cana, two flights and one hotel night in madrid .. We have claimed that we arrived before the time it says on their page and we are still waiting for them to answer..more than a year and a half ..nClaims spend time and money .. some unpresentable !!!
