I understand any customer service. It is difficult and complex. But cheating on a customer to get money by saying that you can't give them something without a prescription (taking advantage of a person's health discomfort) is cruel and sad.nnThey sell me a € 16 product telling me that they can't give me my medicine without a prescription on a Saturday). I buy it to alleviate the symptoms and after two days I go to my health center and the GP tells me that it is a lie and that he could have given me only for € 1 more than without a prescription. Very sad sincerely. I felt quite cheated.
