It is a scam, they offer you very good conditions at the beginning, they promise you things that are not true and when I told them that I did not want to continue because they were not fulfilling anything they said at the beginning, their answer was that they did not say anything of that, I am denouncing with them, do not fall like me.nThe books are also out of date and despite how beautiful they may seem, the way they write makes you unable to find out anything.

Totally lousy. I signed up to prepare for the 2020 Correos oppositions. At the beginning, they sell you the very beautiful bike, with personalized online classes, a complete syllabus, various tests, however, as the days and months go by, you realize the large number of failures that the academy has. Multiple bugs in the platform, which take a long time to fix, personalized classes always present some failure when managing a teacher, a syllabus that, until recently, I have not realized how incomplete it is compared to other agendas. (Imagine my face when I realized that important detail), if you have a fault or any doubt, the only option is to call the central office in Madrid and you can wait sitting for a long time until they pick up the phone ... In my particular case, I had a few doubts, I called and basically it took me two weeks calling every day with no answer. I understand that there are some days when they are busier, but so many times? It seems excessive to me, and all for a price that, in my total opinion, seems exorbitant; Above all, taking into account the great shortcomings it has and the few help they offer you.nIn conclusion, by the way, I do not deny that, in other competitions they are not professionals and do not offer good help to people, I am not going to talk about something and that, in my personal opinion, I have no idea, but, in what refers to my experience, within the post office block, has been horrible. If I'm still paying for the academy, it's because I have no other choice. Since, when you sign up, you agree to pay for 12 months. Monthly payments that, I repeat, are quite expensive that are not shielded by the very little help they offer you. As for me, it is absolutely clear to me that I will not enroll in this academy again and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are other academies that are much better and much cheaper.nGood afternoon.
