After buying some crutches by accident and operation in La Paz, specifying the height of the patient, I find that they are short and do not serve the necessary purpose. When going to change them, they argue that the wrapper has been opened and do not admit the change by ones of a greater size.nI consider that they are far from the public service character that every Pharmacy should have, and that having not used the product there are no reasons not to make the change or return the amount if they are not able to provide the crutches as necessary.nVery unhappy with the deal.
