I went to buy a contraceptive, the lady (who is not the one who is usually) left the counter and shouted to her partner who was on the other floor to send it. There was another client.nI rebuked him that those are not forms and that he was not respecting my privacy. The young lady replied that this was the case but that she had no choice but to do so because the telephone was broken. I replied that there are more solutions to get her down, ask her partner to come up and say it discreetly.nI do not think I'll go back to this pharmacy and I'll still put a consumer claim. I think that before hiring someone they should check that they know how to keep social norms to a minimum. This person did not know and in addition to reprimand she did not even apologize.
