It seemed to me that the architect took a vacation when designing the building. I have come as a public. When you get to the building you have to go down some stairs. When entering the building to go to the stands you have to take a U-turn, and go up some stairs, that is, what you went down to go up and more. You walk a corridor that both on the left and the right are rooms for different purposes, that have 3 more to enter ud83dude2e, all without lift. Then you get to the stands with 45 degrees of inclination, a normal person to pass has to go helping others. Impossible an older person and not even talking with a disability. The emergency exit is going down some stairs, dangerous decision if there was panic. If I must mention that it is maintained, I cleaned the premises and it is to expanded.
