Cristina the teacher is very professional friendly and nice and has a lot of patience. He loves his work and transmits it. The center is a very nice place warm and cozy and very clean. We also perform relaxation, breathing and meditation exercises. I also liked the strings that are very new and help you in exercises to make them easier and more comfortable. I recommend it to everybody.
