The place is great for meditation and yoga and is very cozy and spacious. In addition, the center is located in the city center and very well connected. It was the first yoga school in town and has a lot of experience. In addition, the teacher explains very well and adapts to all levels. It's a great family :)

The Narayana Yoga Center is a place where you can find yourself through Yoga. Jaime is a great teacher who not only cares about physical exercise but teaches us to breathe, meditate and listen to our body and evolve towards greater vital balance. I recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn what yoga is, who needs to grow personally. You will find a place where you can rest from day to day and meet good people.

A wonderful center where you feel like a family. A great teacher with a lot of experience and a great heart. I definitely recommend it for those who want to start or already have knowledge of yoga and meditation.
