We are not going badly with blue cheese in Cantabria and the Picos de Europa area. Its creaminess and amount of "blue part" depends on the animal, the season and the amount of fresh grass it consumes, the climate and the time the cheese spends in the cold room. The ideal product is a soft and creamy cheese, powerful in flavor A wedge of picón cheese and a beer, the best after a route through Liébana.

Very good bar, very friendly and good fresh and sourced products. Great to stop for a tapilla beer.
