I find the treatment received by some workers of this agency regrettable. Assuming that I have not contracted their services and even as a possible tenant I am forced to deal with them and pay for the service they do to the owners and not to me ... well, the fact is that I call them asking for an apartment for rent that they have in idealista and they tell me that it cannot be visited yet because the current tenants still live in it and that they will notify me when possible. After a week I have to call them again when I don't hear from them and they tell me the same thing. When two weeks pass and we are already in a different month and the apartment is supposed to be empty, I am the one who contacts them again and this time they tell me that they are on vacation, that they will call me in three days to make an appointment, three pass days and they don't call me, I call the room again and they tell me that the apartment has been reserved the day before ... I mean, after a month behind them to see a flat it turns out that they don't pay any attention to me, They are showing the apartment to other people and they do not even care to call me ... The poor girl who attended me this morning her face fell with shame because of the bad service of her companions, the two boys with whom I have been dealing on the phone every time I called them and they have not been able to contact me at any time.

Very good availability at all times to attend to those doubts that arise when processing all the paperwork, notary, property registration, etc., all of which have been handled by the same real estate agency from start to finish.
