Traditional cheese factory. Very good products at reasonable prices. I recommend the goat and its yogurts. 300 MTS before reaching the town, there is a parking lot in front. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Very pleasant conversation with the owner for a while, without haste, and then the purchase of the product. As I like when you can: without rushing and talking to people. The cheeses and jams are unbelievably good .... they taste like glory. L very personal attention, surely I will return to El Valle and repeat the visit. A ten.
