My father was always a shepherd and made goat and sheep cheese, or goat alone. It is not for nothing, my father's cheese is very good. But I want to congratulate LA PASIEGA DE PEÑA PELADA for the fresh cheese that I bought at the supermarket and I want to say it well. Excellent fresh cheese, it does not break and has a stiff touch, and it gives an exquisite flavor, and I will also say something else, it is a cheese that does not leave you with a bad final taste, than many other cheeses if they do. We are two at home and I buy myself every week. Congratulations to the owners and all the team that strives for that great CHEESE. AS A TIP ... I buy half a kilo or a kilo and put it in a container with water and salt, 5 cm high and in the fridge. If it takes more than four or five days to eat it, change the water and add salt.
