Great views and a very interesting piece of history. You can see fantastic views of the coastline and the countryside from the top. Also the staff is very kind and helpful (specially that young girl with black hair). Very recommended!

The place is magical, but it lacks a good face lift in terms of conservation. The undergrowth on its walls makes it look abandoned. Still, it's worth getting close to. Access is good and the price of the visit is very reasonable (1euro). The interior of the fortress offers a beautiful panorama. Finally, mention the work of the girl at the box office, very kind and charming.

The spectacular place, but if you know its history it becomes even more interesting. And if the day is clear, discover that you can get to see the Tower of Hercules; then we can only say: AWESOME.

I recommend going with binoculars and a clear day. I do not say more. Really surprising. They knew what they were doing. The most strategic point of the Artabra coast.
