We gave a friend an item from her store. We paid for it to be ordered and it was supposed to arrive in 10 days. The item did not arrive and our friend had to buy it elsewhere. Of course, the money is not returned and they did not offer the service.nIn the end, a gift became an additional expense for the person.nVery bad management and dire customer service.
