Nowadays it is a school of nursery education and nursery, it used to be the palace house of the Ponce de León family, where King Enrique IV stayed in a visit to the city. It has an incredibly beautiful patio. They also have the well-known social dining room: El Salvador, of the Daughters of Charity, since 1905 in Jerez, 114 years serving people without resources, an unpayable labor.
One of the old Palaces of the Ponce de León family, its patio with arcades and marble columns attracts attention as well as the ornate exterior window. At present it is a school with social dining room. A way to preserve the building and give it a new use.
