Ideal place to lose an afternoon or a whole day for the old trails and roads of the mining activity. It is however a pity the general state was abandoned .....

Good place to escape one morning or afternoon to go hiking very close to Santander or any of the nearby towns (from Astillero, for example, it takes about three hours to get on and off) Nice viewpoint of the Bay of Santander.

A delight for the senses, incredible views of the entire Bay and the city of Santander to the north and the mountainous area to the south of Cantabria. There are several routes to climb hiking, of medium difficulty. You can also go up by car.
