A large park in front of the all powerful Port Authority of Santander for the struggle of the neighbors of the Fishing District, especially their women hence the name. It was mostly they who organized and led the protests while their husbands were fishing at sea. The fishermen's women are very big. Mention the efforts made by the then President of the AAVV Valentín García and his wife Guadalupe Pérez known as "La Chulilla" before the then Minister Matilde Fernández.
