I have seen it for years, this police station has a very bad reputation at the human level. This morning I have come to two things. To renew my ID for theft and to see how the report of that theft was going. Part by part. Since you enter, the atmosphere is rarefied and negative. No one greets anyone. There is a tremendous mess in the room and a tremendous lack of tact. On the one hand, old officials teach new ones to work. Slowness and waiting are assured. On the other hand, when it is my turn (a system disaster with no logic whatsoever), the official amazes me. The first thing he says to me is, "I have many lost IDs." To which I respond '' already, I also pay. And nothing cheap by the way. Thanks for your concern''. At last he smiles when they call his personal mobile and he sticks 5 minutes of personal and private chat, which I prefer not to mention. It is more embarrassing for me to explain it than for her to read it. Her name I know but I do not publish it, she knows who it is. Because, when I asked again for a sheet of Claims to another colleague, she got up shot, to "help me" her. Because he knew that he had treated me badly and that he was going to complain. Scared, she fired me very "nice". I understand that when you have been working for many years, laziness and pasotism invade you, but there is a solution to this: LEAVE YOUR POSITION. Because no one should pay for their personal problems and dog humor. We all have bad days but we are not police, we do not represent anyone. Humanity none. They don't even talk to you. Nobody. They only talk between classmates. The Citizen bothers and it shows in the environment. They make you see with their faces and treatment. Before, when your ID was stolen, you did not have to pay. Now, yes, and you should also eat the "bronquina" of the official on duty, away from the real world. I lose and renew MY ID THE TIMES I GIVE ME THE WIN. I PAY FOR THAT. The second procedure was on the second floor. Complaints. After my "good morning," a police officer responds "to the waiting room," like a shepherd, sending his sheep into the fold. A huge shame. A tremendous loss of values and money. A police station that talks a lot about the deficiencies and human needs that we are experiencing. A very Santander and classist treatment. What a pity

At dawn hours they never answer the phone, who has an emergency will have to go to Cañadio to be treated ... paying his salary with our taxes, shameful.

This morning I went early to renew the ID, without an appointment (because for family reasons I had to urgently come to Santander), but despite being only 4 people without an appointment (first thing in the morning), the police who He attended us, he did it without any understanding, or attention, or willingness to help, I had to leave because I ended up ignoring myself because I did not have a written document that would demonstrate my "exceptional situation". Very disappointed as a citizen with the treatment received.
