I DO NOT recommend it to go for a massage. After confinement I went because I had SEVERAL points on my back badly. In the consultation they spent half an hour (approx) with a battery of questions about my health and lifestyle habits to focus on the treatment, I signed several confidentiality papers, if I did not notify an appointment the next they would charge it, etc. After several exercises and tests to see the ailment. The massage lasted (if it reaches) 15 'and watch out !!! NOT on the whole back, they told me to pick a point. They taught me some exercises to release muscle tension and finish. And that in about 12 days he went to check me, total € 30. The massage was a joke. I was amazed. I left the same as I had entered and without € 30 in my pocket. This had never happened to me in a physio. Of course, that technique is not the one I am looking for, honestly it seemed quite a scam. They are super nice and everything is very clean and new. (This name is fictitious, you will not find it in your database).
Excellent professionals. Not only do they treat the physical pain but they look for the origin of the ailment and that is really important when it comes to improving and preventing future injuries and pain that may occur. One hundred percent recommendable in addition to an unsurpassed, friendly and close treatment.
