I signed up for a friend and this is the longest time in a gym. I go to CrossFit classes and for now there is not a day (I go two a week) that I miss. Unfortunately I can only comment on the classes I am giving but the gym has much more.nnThe classes have some stretching (5min), warm-up (10 to 15 min), the main work (20 to 30 min) stretching (5min) and cleaning of the material. They are made in a huge warehouse and each one has its assigned space. During the class you have a teacher who will tell you if you do the exercise well or badly and tells you before you start how they have to be done and if you have doubts, he will solve them for you.nnIn general, they are not repeated from one day to the next, it is usually focused on the large main muscles and you use the weight of your body and as you go forward you add more weight.nnI hate leg days;)

Gym with dance halls, taekwondo, CrossFit, boxing and machines.nPersonalized and familiar attention, good atmosphere and very good prices.nIn classes you laugh and cry, laugh with classmates and monitors and cry with exercises!nHighly recommended!!

A good gym to do all kinds of exercise with machines. Zumba and quality taekwondo and other classes. The staff very friendly and friendly.
