Attention first, they advise what you can do best, always friendly and worrying about what you really need.
In the Plasencia store they sold me two broken machines, one of them had product remains, to top it all, one employee would not let me explain my problem to her on the phone, she just gave me bad answers.
They sold me a hair straightener and they were broken and I phoned to explain it to them and they did not let me explain the problem to them very much.
