Very happy with our vacations booked at Azul Marino, we will always book them here, they are the best and most professional in the sector. We had booked a week in Estepona and due to COVID19 the hotel closed, instead of being stranded, Aroa, the Azul Marino agent, perfectly managed a new reservation in Torrox, in an even better hotel than the one we had as compensation and respecting all our needs that were various. I can not put less than 10, thank you very much !!

I fully rely on the Azul Marino Viajes de Santander office to plan and organize my trips. Close, friendly and totally professional treatment. Having your information, suggestions and support is like having additional travel insurance. They are always there and the monitoring is continuous. Outstanding treatment and organization. In September we went to Budapest for a week, we had problems with the chosen hotel (unwanted guests), to clarify that it was we who chose the hotel and not the agency, without further delay we called the agency, our agent, Aroa, offered us accommodation alternative, even better than the one we had reserved. We didn't know anything about Budapest at all, so we let ourselves be guided by them, and we went to see the places they recommended us, the trip was spectacular, Budapest is an amazing destination, we will repeat. Definitely glad to travel with this agency. Personal and direct treatment. We have already organized another one for this year with them, and it will remain so.
