Today 26 days ago I made 2 orders and they have not yet left the central warehouse, and they do not return my money either. Another order I made was canceled after 20 days due to lack of stock. I had to look for life to have another gift in time. Nefarious management. Kiding you. I honestly will not buy more. There are already 4 bad experiences in purchases made. Regrettable.
I give a star because you cannot give zero. Your after-sales service is non-existent. I have returned a product in the Mataró Parc store on December 19, of some Nike shoes, 95 euros and they paid me only 90 euros. I'm calling the store every day and no one answers. I've emailed customer support and I've also posted messages here on Facebook and nothing. How can you have such bad customer service? How can I get you to pay me the missing money?
Embarrassing, a queue of 12 people in front and many others behind and only one person in the box.
I bought some Nike and went the other day to return them (in time) and I would not make the change because the label bearing the shoe box was painted (obviously being a gift not want that person to see the model before opening the box). At the time of purchase I did not receive any information about that I could not do that. I think you can make a new label and remove it was painted. But for them it is better not to do this job and do not have to repay the money or anything, have already claimed by the shoes.
I really like the type of clothes they sell and the quality of the shop assistants
