This parking lot is a disaster. Every summer is the same. Nowhere does it explain that the ticket must be validated before leaving. When someone has not done so, which is very common, and tries to get out, the car is blocked by the exit barrier (there is only 1) without being able to reverse, as there are other cars behind that want to get out. Therefore, the driver has no choice but to get out of the car, blocking the only exit there, and queue up people who are waiting to pay for the ticket, and who did know that the ticket must be validated. In short, that when this car finally comes out, more than 10 minutes have passed, and the tickets for all the other cars that were waiting behind are no longer valid. If there was someone in the company, it could surely be fixed quickly, but there is no one on top! You call the intercom for incidents, and no one answers! So you get stuck in the parking lot unable to do anything. In our case, this past Sunday, we were trapped in 20 cars and no one from the company showed up until more than 30 minutes had passed. On top of that, when we complained, his response was that if we don’t like it, next time we park outside. Ole tu !! Champion !! So on top of paying and having to wait more than 30 minutes for the incompetence of this company which, as I said, is repeated year after year, you still have to put up with these imbeciles. Either you’re inept at not being able to fix this problem, or you’re “cheeky” because it doesn’t make you want to fix it. You have convinced me; next time i will park outside. Honestly, the port of Arenys de Mar should monitor who gives the management of its facilities.
