Terrible attention, rudeness, zero empathy with people who come with doubts and questions. Even if it's rainy or cold, they won't let you in.nThe receptionist and the security man deserve to be fired as inept and lazy.

They should hire competent people in administration since I have had to speak to a court for a simple procedure - since they could not do it I have had to speak to a lawyer directly. I can't understand how a simple service like administration can be so slow and the workers so ignorant and disrespectful. The service should be formal and confidential, with guidelines to follow and organized; without forgetting that you have to be sympathetic to people, since you do not go to court to spend your time but to legally solve important matters that require seriousness. Literally sorry.

Worse civil registration in the area, they are slow, impossible to get them to answer the phone, they do not give prior appointments since they do not have a website. Much bureaucracy for any paper and little sympathy at the time of requesting a document. I understand that they are saturated but not worse than in Barcelona, ​​they need improvement to serve the public correctly.

When you call the civil registry, they never answer the phone, you can spend the whole morning calling and they don't answer. And if you go personally they don't let you in either.
