At dawn on January 19 of this year I had a bad experience with the Torrelavega Local Police. I was watching TV until 2-something in the morning. Then I would go to sleep. To sleep I need to take a medication. When I went to take the medication that I take to sleep, I see that I have no pills left. I had completely forgotten that I had no pills left. Without that medication I cannot sleep. So I decided to walk from my house to the nearest duty pharmacy, which is located in Torrelavega. I called to see if there were taxis, but no one answered ... So I decided to walk, breaking the curfew. Too bad of me, I admit it. When I go through the area of the Santa Bárbara neighborhood (Puente San Miguel), 2 policemen stop me. First they ask for my ID, I give it to them. They begin to check some data with him, and they tell me that I have a criminal record! ...? that I have a complaint for theft, when I have never stolen. Or they got confused when writing the name. Either there is a mistake, or they have made it up, or they weren't real policemen ...; Or the same is that I am a sleepwalker, and I dedicate myself to stealing at night, without realizing it ... They ask me to stay away from them about 7 meters away (that I know, the safety distance is maximum 2 meters. ..), treating me like a plague. They begin to ask me if I have a criminal record, if I have had something like confrontations with the Police, if they have filed complaints (the only complaint I have was made by me, for workplace harassment that they made me at the Taller de Reocín School; I have no more ), if I have stolen ... I don't know if they saw me as a gang member, a criminal, a thief ... They treated me as if I were a member of some criminal organization, and I'm not exaggerating. They asked me: "Remember." As I am not going to know if I have stolen or not and stolen! that such a thing is not forgotten. And that it had to do with all that interrogation that they did to me with the curfew ..., the reason why they stopped me. I explained everything, calm and calm, the reason for my departure at that time of the morning, that I was going to the 24-hour pharmacy that is in Torrelavega, but they did not believe it. Well, if you didn't believe it, you could have taken me down in your police car to the pharmacy, and then you would have seen that what I told you was true. But they left, and they let me go my way. So the curfew doesn't matter to them at all; because the most logical thing is that they would have forced me to get into the car, and they would have taken me back to my house. But I thank you for letting me continue. Not without first warning me that they would check my "file", and possibly send me a letter, warning me that I would have to answer that letter within 10 days. Yes or yes. They told me so, in a threatening tone. The Local Police of Torrelavega: arrogant, arrogant, haughty, incompetent, scoundrels; at least, the 2 agents who stopped me ... What less than offering to get me in their car, and get off to Torrelavega, which would be only 2 km and a bit. This is how they care about citizens. My worst experience with them. Shameful.

Thanks to the local police of Torrelavega for helping us with an accident with the motorhome with a very professional treatment. Our sincere thanks for your superb care from start to finish.

They do not solve anything, I called for more than a month and everything is the same, and that when they say to listen to you, others send you to call the national when they even tell you that this is a local thing. Shameful.

You cannot do with a carrier (in this situation) what you see in the video that circulates in all the newspapers. You should clarify that this sanction will not be processed. YOU MUST PUBLISH IT IN SOME WAY
