Fatal, we have two wedding dresses, we wanted to know the price, it took a month to give us the price, when we decided to clean us it took a total of two months to say that the dresses were already there, when I go looking for them they give them to me in a plastic bag When they told me that they would put them in a box and their response is that my dresses do not meet enough characteristics to put them in a box, a total that very bad, little seriousness and little professionalism
