BEWARE, BE CAREFUL, if you have rugs, take them as measured (length x width). They wanted to charge us € 60 x 1 rug when it actually cost € 26, one thing is to be wrong by centimeters and another by more than 2 meters

Horrifying! Watch out! They have changed owners! The new owner has very few skills of dealing with the client. I brought her a wedding dress with a wine stain. She assured that it would come out easily. They cut off the light, and was delaying the cleanliness of my dress. At three weeks I still hadn't washed it. (I was on a boyfriend trip ... I was getting dizzy by my mother-in-law ...)nThe owner decides to take him to another dry cleaner (without our permission) because he still has no light ...nThe dress is still dirty ... I arrive on a trip, and he has the nose of telling me that he already told us that the wine was not coming out !! She assured that if it would come out, to charge us quickly!nAnd if it hadn't taken more than three weeks to start washing it ... it sure would have worked out better!nClaim made to the OCU! Nefarious service, bad manners, lies, bad service.
