In the middle of October of the present year, start the exchange of an article (done without problems). When brand new boots. I discovered that the inner template of one of them was completely detached. Request a change for the default (done). The second boots had the same fault and I went back to the store. When the THIRD boots arrived at my house, when I opened the box,nThey gave off a fountains smell of glue. I can only assume that they are the first boots that I returned, and that they tried to repair without success, because they were still detached and with months imperfections inside. At this point, I requested a refund, (I no longer wanted them), and what they offered me was a redeemable voucher. I finally got the money but, I hate that they try to take me for a fool. If I wanted to repair a shoe, I go to a workshop, I don't pay € 70 for a new pair of boots and they give them to me mended.
