TRAPPED, UNATTENDED and with CLUTCH SHREDDED.nI arrived on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 11:45 p.m. and the surprise was that when I enter the parking lot the machine was deactivated and there was no one to assist me, it put that I had to go to the office to get the ticket (something strange already) and when I go to the office it was dark, there was nobody. Then I called the information intercom and they told me that this car park closed at 23:00 and that the street door should have been closed, and that the only solution was to go back. So I had to go all the way down the parking lot back to the top to get back on the street, it was horrible. My clutch burned, smoke started coming out of my car and it smelled burnt. Obviously having to do a whole reverse in reverse (with included curves) is an odyssey and free clutch wear. Record that outside on the street it was FREE in big and green and the door was open. If the shop tells me I have to change the clutch, I will obviously take legal action.
